What we like about this art

What a cinematic scene! The colours, the atmosphere, the depth and the grain of this image are on point. A lion type animal with wings is an idea that we have seen multiple times in this contest and this one got this little + thing that makes it a very good second. This art loses a little half point for the composition. The depth between the character and the beast seems slightly off. But still a very attractive and epic creation. Thanks for your submission!
